First time home buyer brochure

This is an in-depth First Time Home Buyer Resource Guide that I wrote and designed. The goal of this project was to hook a younger audience as they looked toward buying their first home. With mortgage products in general being similar across the board, we looked for opportunities to create added value for the consumer. This free guide along with a savings program that I helped launch, differentiated the credit union in the mortgage market by offering needed educational tools and focusing on savings, which is often the part that comes even before meeting a realtor. This program cements the relationship with this audience and provides numerous opportunities for growth.
